Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager – Accounts who can manage core accounting along with financial coordination and operational support. The role requires strong expertise in Tally, MIS reporting, GST, and the ability to handle financial data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Tally (Expert level).
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial data, and dashboards using advanced Excel.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and support filings.
- Handle sales-related financial processes such as order data validation and revenue tracking (non-sales role).
- Maintain and monitor financial data, systems, and reporting accuracy.
- Lead and manage team members across locations; ensure timely task completion.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and internal teams for financial and operational alignment.
- Prepare incentive reports / compensation data for sales teams.
- Maintain project cost sheets, financial records, and documentation.
- Monitor and approve operational expenses; track cost control measures.
- Participate in client and internal meetings for requirement understanding and financial clarity.
- Handle customer queries related to financial transactions and documentation.
- Adapt to internal systems/portal (training will be provided).
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- Expert in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Finance & GST basics
- Experience in financial operations / coordination
- Strong team handling & leadership skills
- Excellent English communication (calls & emails)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
