Job Description:

Job Title: Assistant Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Sound working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Maintain and organize financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as required.
• Filing returns for GST. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Prepare and finalize Profit and Loss statements.
• Multi-tasking & Assisting senior accountant in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Maintain Petty Cash Book.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Certification.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Immediate Joiner Preferred
