The Assistant Accommodation Manager will support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of accommodation services, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of accommodation services.
- Support the Accommodation Manager in ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain accommodation facilities.
- Help in budget management and cost control for accommodation services.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accommodation management or hospitality services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle guest complaints professionally.
