The Assistant Accommodation Manager will support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of accommodation services, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of accommodation services.
  • Support the Accommodation Manager in ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain accommodation facilities.
  • Help in budget management and cost control for accommodation services.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accommodation management or hospitality services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle guest complaints professionally.
