City Greens a fast-growing AgriTech startup pioneering automation and AI solutions for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) is seeking a dynamic
Marketing & Branding Manager to lead our digital presence, content strategy, and brand communications across global markets (India, UAE, UK).
You will be responsible for
end-to-end marketing and branding, including:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
- Managing website, UI/UX, SEO, and Google Ads to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Overseeing all social media channels Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Creating and editing high-quality images, videos, and written content for campaigns, webinars, and product launches.
- Managing PR and external relations, including identifying speaker opportunities, media coverage, and strategic collaborations.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Hands-on skills in image and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and website UI/UX principles.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Experience in PR, influencer outreach, and brand partnerships preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Prior experience with a startup or sustainability/AgriTech brand is a plus.
