Position: Assistant Manager - Semi Qualified Company Secretary (people with Law education will get Brownie points)
Experience: 1-2 years
Responsibilities
- Organize and Manage AGM, Board and Committee meetings, (including preparation of agenda, minutes, ATR).
- Assist Preparation of Board Notes / circular resolutions.
- Handle compliance matters related to Directors, Amendment in the Bye laws, Reconstitution of committees.
- Ensure adherence to all other legal and regulatory requirements.
- Arrangement of allthe necessary documents/ reports / certificate required by the regulators.
- Liaison and Coordination with the Regulators, Directors and other departments.
- Maintenanceandupdating statutory registers and books.
- Ensure necessary filling as required under Companies Act with theRoC.
- Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.
Skills required
- Proven experience as a Company Secretary or similar role
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance principles
- Strong knowledge of company law and regulations Rules
- Drafting and negotiation of Agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
