Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager - Semi Qualified Company Secretary (people with Law education will get Brownie points)

Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities

  • Organize and Manage AGM, Board and Committee meetings, (including preparation of agenda, minutes, ATR).
  • Assist Preparation of Board Notes / circular resolutions.
  • Handle compliance matters related to Directors, Amendment in the Bye laws, Reconstitution of committees.
  • Ensure adherence to all other legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Arrangement of allthe necessary documents/ reports / certificate required by the regulators.
  • Liaison and Coordination with the Regulators, Directors and other departments.
  • Maintenanceandupdating statutory registers and books.
  • Ensure necessary filling as required under Companies Act with theRoC.
  • Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills required

  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of corporate governance principles
  • Strong knowledge of company law and regulations Rules
  • Drafting and negotiation of Agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 INR per year
