As an Asset Servicing Operations Leader within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you supervise daily operations to ensure key parameters are met and drive process and technology improvements. You review controls, eliminate manual errors, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results. You communicate and influence partners, showcasing achievements and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations to meet key operational parameters.
  • Lead identification and implementation of tactical and strategic process and technology changes.
  • Review and strengthen controls for manual processes to eliminate errors.
  • Motivate and support team members as a strong department leader.
  • Communicate achievements and influence behavior with partners and upstream stakeholders.
  • Adapt to change and manage change initiatives effectively.
  • Delegate tasks and coach team members to develop key talent.
  • Present results and ideas confidently to senior management.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork across products and regions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to people development.
  • Challenge status quo and generate innovative solutions for clients and operations.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Bring strong knowledge of banking operations, especially in Asset Servicing.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and bind teams.
  • Adapt quickly to change and manage change initiatives.
  • Operate proficiently in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Apply strong control and quality management skills with attention to detail.
