Your role
We are seeking an experienced client-focused professional to manage and grow strategic Asset Servicing relationships in South-East Asia. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to:
- partner with the Sales team to lead end to end client onboarding, delivering seamless account opening and ensuring appointed asset managers were fully enabled on UBS Asset Servicing solutions.
- own the ongoing client relationship, ensuring service excellence and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- lead resolution of service quality, risk, and operational issues across the Asset Servicing product suite
- contribute to product development initiatives in collaboration with global teams to maintain a best-in-class offering

Your team
You will join the Asset Servicing team in Singapore, responsible for products including Institutional Custody, Performance & Risk Analytics, Securities Lending, Private Label Funds, and professional e-trading solutions.
You will work closely with Global Wealth Management Client Advisors, Asset Servicing Sales, and internal partners to deliver integrated solutions across UHNW, Global Family Office, and Financial Intermediary client segments in South-East Asia.
Your expertise
- minimum 8 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client Servicing within a Global Custodian, Securities Depository, Fund Administrator, or Fintech
- strong understanding of financial markets and Asset Servicing-related products
- ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability, while being an effective team player who collaborates constructively across functions and regions
- client-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- reliable and self-directed, with sound judgment on issue escalation
- structured and analytical, comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading stakeholders through new initiatives
- methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
