Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Performance Management (APM) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining APM strategies and solutions to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, reliability engineering, mechanical, and maintenance management, as well as experience working with APM systems and tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement APM strategies and solutions to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using APM principles and methodologies
  • Design, develop, and deploy APM solution studies used the analytical tools to support asset reliability, asset strategy, asset safety, and asset integrity
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support APM applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement APM solutions that meet business needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in APM and asset management
  • Develop and maintain documentation of APM solutions, results, and best practices

APM Pillars:

  • Asset Reliability: Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and reliability fault tree diagram analysis to optimize asset reliability and reduce downtime
  • Asset Strategy: Develop and implement asset strategy plans, including asset prioritization, maintenance scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize asset performance and minimize costs
  • Asset Safety: Develop and implement safety management systems, including hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA), safety instrumented systems (SIS), and safety integrity levels (SIL) to ensure asset safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Asset Integrity: Develop and implement integrity management systems, including corrosion management, inspection (Risk Based Inspection (RBI 581, RBI 580)) and testing, and maintenance management to ensure asset integrity and minimize downtime
  • Technical Support : to provide technical support activities , deploying APM , resolving technical Issues , building APM Policies , APM Connect , Postgress Database , BOOMI integration , SAP commands , SQL Server Database , Visual Basic

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Reliability, Mechanical)
  • Computer Science with strong programming & Database skills
  • 7+ years of experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance management
  • Experience working with APM systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferences:

  • Proficient in GE Meridium, Backer-Hughes Cordant, Cenosco IMS
