At ProMiller Hospitality Management LLP, we're looking for a driven and commercially minded Asset Manager to help maximize the performance and growth of hospitality assets across our portfolio.
This role is ideal for young hospitality professionals who want to move beyond day-to-day operations and gain exposure to hotel performance, business strategy, asset enhancement, commercial decision-making, and long-term value creation.
As an Asset Manager, you'll work closely with leadership, hotel teams, and ownership groups to identify opportunities, solve performance challenges, and drive strategic initiatives that improve both short-term results and long-term asset value.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitoring hotel performance across revenue, profitability, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, guest satisfaction, and overall asset health
- Identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance, operational efficiency, and asset value
- Supporting strategic initiatives including renovations, repositioning, expansion opportunities, and asset enhancement projects
- Reviewing budgets, forecasts, business plans, and performance reports
- Conducting market research, competitive benchmarking, and business analysis
- Working closely with operations, finance, sales, projects, and leadership teams to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively
- Driving innovative ideas that improve revenue generation, cost efficiency, and long-term competitiveness
Who We're Looking For:
- 1–5 years of experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience in hotel operations, asset management, revenue management, hospitality finance, consulting, commercial roles, or multi-property performance management
- Strong understanding of hotel business metrics and commercial performance drivers
- Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
- Strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and business growth
