Shift- 12:00PM: 9:30PM

Skillset

Need Underwriter, origination for commercial real estate

Candidatesshould have good experience working incommercial mortgage & commercial real estate.
End to end real estate experience(Domain).
End to end underwriting experience.
Experience in rent/sales comp., loan to value, spreads, mark to market implication, market details.
Mandatory:Loan pre-screening and memos, cash flow memos.
University/ Education Background: Tap Top B schools, CFA or CA candidates
