As a Vice President within the Asset Management Operations Strategy & Transformation group, you focus on delivering transformation projects that leverage advanced analytics, automation, and data-promoten insights to solve business challenges. You will lead and execute intelligent automation, process optimization, and analytics initiatives using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and UiPath. Your role involves tracking and reporting KPIs, OKRs, and project benefits for senior management, while designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and maintainable automated workflows and dashboards. You will mine automation opportunities across diverse datasets to identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize, implement, and measure automation and analytics solutions. Building data solutions that ensure quality, lineage, and reliability across ingestion, transformation, and reporting is a key responsibility. You will contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a learning mindset and stretch group thinking. Staying current with emerging financial technologies and automation trends, you will apply relevant advances to the roadmap. Standardizing metrics definitions and measurement methods to ensure consistent KPI/OKR reporting and benefits realization is essential. Effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear updates on status, risks, roadblocks, and outcomes, is crucial to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and execute intelligent automation, process optimization, and analytics initiatives using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and UiPath.
  • Track and report KPIs, OKRs, and project benefits (cost/value delivered, inventory, license and infrastructure costs) for senior management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and dashboards that scale and are maintainable.
  • Mine automation opportunities across diverse datasets (Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, JIRA logs) to identify high-impact use cases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize, implement, and measure automation and analytics solutions.
  • Build data solutions that ensure quality, lineage, and reliability across ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
  • Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a learning mindset and stretch group thinking.
  • Stay current with emerging financial technologies and automation trends, applying relevant advances to the roadmap.
  • Standardize metrics definitions and measurement methods to ensure consistent KPI/OKR reporting and benefits realization.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear updates on status, risks, roadblocks, and outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (Python, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, Databases).
  • Minimum 7 years experience in advanced data analysis, automation, and solution development.
  • Proven expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, Databases, and UiPath Hyper automation.
  • Strong data visualization and PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
  • Experience working with large datasets and driving process improvements.
  • Familiarity with financial technologies and a commitment to ongoing skill development.
  • In touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade skills
  • Understanding and experience of AI /ML tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Working experience of Python, Alteryx, Tableau , SQL , Databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and UiPath Hyperautomation
  • Analytical and creative problem-solver, comfortable with complex data and automation challenges.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a passion for transformation and innovation in asset management operations.
