The Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
HAM CRE Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting
IT Asset Management (ITAM), procurement, and corporate real estate (CRE) projects, including office expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
The ideal candidate will possess strong
analytical skills, technical knowledge, vendor management expertise, financial cost tracking capabilities, and excellent
communication and reporting skills. This position requires
collaboration across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of supply chain and IT asset-related activities.
How You Will Contribute
- IT Asset Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from planning and procurement to retirement.
- Maintain accurate records in ITAM/CMDB systems like ServiceNow.
- Procurement Support
- Handle procurement of IT equipment (e.g., laptops, networking devices, A/V systems, software) for real estate projects such as office expansions or relocations.
- Ensure financial and inventory accuracy by tracking purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and chargebacks.
- Vendor and Contract Management
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
- Coordinate hardware maintenance contracts and vendor service delivery.
- Compliance and Optimization
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contract compliance.
- Lead or contribute to audits, compliance reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams such as Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure smooth execution of IT asset-related activities.
- Process Improvement
- Contribute to the implementation of tools and enhancements to ITAM-related processes.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills And Experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in IT Asset Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level procurement systems.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
