Job Description
Source new Asset Finance business through direct sales and channel partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, equipment vendors, and corporate clients.
Identify customer financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Collect and verify customer documentation for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and collections teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
Conduct customer visits and assess business viability.
Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency/NPA.
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, current accounts, and other lending products.
Achieve monthly disbursement, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
