Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based across Jaipur, Lucknow , Kanpur, Agra, Udaipur for an Asset Desk Manager. The Asset Desk Manager will oversee the asset portfolio of the branch, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include managing and growing the asset base by acquiring new customers and engaging with existing ones, monitoring financial operations, and ensuring timely loan processing and disbursement. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with different stakeholders while striving to meet sales and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of banking products, with expertise in personal loans, SME loans, and commercial or personal vehicle loans.
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, portfolio management, and loan processing.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to meet business targets.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or asset management is highly desirable.
