Assessment Specialist

We are looking for candidates who are expert in Cognitive, Apptitude, Workplace Behavior, Personality, Emotional Intelligence Assessment. We expect you to be an expert in PI (Predictive Index), Culture and Criteria Corp vendor assesstments among others. You will be taking assessment exams or tests based on the profiles of the candidates. You will analyze the results to improve for future assessments.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Psychology or related field.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Cognitive and Emotional Intelligence assessments.
• Strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PI (Predictive Index), Culture and Critieria assessments.
• Familiarity with Workplace Behavior assessments.
