- Write and review items, gather and resolve feedback from multiple sources on items and evaluate item acceptability after testing
- Ensure all items meet standards of fairness, validity, reliability, and biasfree assessment development.
- Approve items for use on tests, evaluating both content and psychometric properties
- Design and develop new assessments and innovative products and services; develop new blueprints and item types, working with project team and client
- Assemble test forms following defined specifications and measurement principles.
- Work with internal teams (psychometricians, instructional designers, editors, AI engineers) and external SMEs to develop and evaluate assessment content.
- Participate in constructedresponse scoring activities in collaboration with faculty consultants and external scorers.
