Assembly Technician – Electronics

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
About the Role
We are hiring an Assembly Technician to join our hardware team. The role involves hands-on assembly, soldering, and quality checks for our medical device products.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies as per work instructions
Perform SMD and through-hole soldering with precision
Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing of assembled units
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assembly workstation
Report defects, component issues, or process deviations to the supervisor
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
Assist in packaging and documentation of finished products
Requirements
Diploma in Electronics OR 2 years of equivalent hands-on experience
Proficiency in soldering (both SMD and through-hole)
Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and assembly drawings
Attention to detail and steady hands for precision work
Basic understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.)
Good housekeeping habits and ability to work in a team environment
