*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Fitter to join our production team. The role involves assembling mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and machinery as per technical drawings and specifications.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders

- Fit and assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

- Align, adjust, and test assembled parts to ensure proper functioning

- Work on drilling, tapping, grinding, and basic machining as required during assembly

- Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy as per specifications

- Coordinate with welding, machining, and quality teams for smooth workflow

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition

- Follow safety protocols and company SOPs during assembly work

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter Trade preferred

- 0-3 years experience as Assembly Fitter in manufacturing/machinery industry

- Hands-on experience with measuring tools: vernier, micrometer, gauges

- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions

- Basic knowledge of fabrication and machine assembly

- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail
