Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for an on-site full-time role as an Assembly Engineer (Electro-Mechanical) at our Gurugram facility. The role involves the assembly of mechanical systems, integration of electronic components, collaboration on prototyping activities, and supporting overall product development processes. You will be solving challenging problems and developing innovative solutions that find application across many industries. The requirement is immediate, and we are looking for candidates who are passionate about UAS/Drones and aerospace systems in general.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and align winch mechanical structures, drive systems, and housing components with high precision.
  • Perform wiring, cable harnessing, and electrical component installation based on technical schematics.
  • Conduct functional and quality tests on completed units to ensure mechanical and electrical performance.
  • Identify and fix issues related to component fit, wiring connections, or system operation during assembly.
  • Follow standardised assembly-line procedures to ensure consistent quality and meet production targets.
  • Keep accurate records of assembly steps and report any design or component discrepancies.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly.
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. (Must)
  2. Skilled in soldering, crimping, and general cable management.
  3. Proficiency with hand and power tools (multimeters, load bank, DSO spectrum analysis report for basic testing and assembly, etc.).
  • Assembly Background: Experience working in a professional assembly line or manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
