Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining 5S in the shop floor
- Ensure check sheet as defined & take necessary action for any abnormalities
- Knowledge to operate crane & lifting equipment
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Knowledge of the painting process
- Thorough knowledge to prepare, read & understand SOP, 1PL, MSDS, HIRA, AIA
- Manufacturing knowledge to load & unload materials
- Knowledge to use respective jigs & fixtures for respective jobs
- Update Andon, daily production, CTQ, breakdown & other reports
- Ensure quality product is manufactured as per requirement with relative documents
- Knowledge to handle OK, rework & rejected parts
- Manufacture jobs within defined cycle time

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- ITI
- Min. 3-4 years of experience on painting process and assembly
