Typing speed of 65+ WPM with high accuracy Mandatory.

Salary : Upto 10 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ASR & Transcription QA Specialist to review and improve AI-generated speech-to-text transcripts and ensure high accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and correct AI-generated audio/video transcripts.

• Identify missing, incorrect, or extra words and improve transcript accuracy.

• Check speaker identification and handle overlapping conversations/noisy audio.

• Accurately capture pauses, fillers, stutters and other speech patterns.

• Follow transcription, formatting and style guidelines.

• Review captions/OCR outputs for accuracy and consistency.

• Identify recurring ASR errors and support improvement of Word Error Rate (WER).

• Work with different accents, audio qualities and technical terminology.

• Maintain high attention to detail across long-form audio/video content.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in transcription, captioning, subtitling, court reporting, transcription QA or similar roles.

• Excellent English listening, writing and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on long audio/video files.

• Understanding of WER, timecoding and transcription guidelines.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

• Own laptop with reliable internet connection is mandatory.

Good to Have:

• Experience with medical, legal, financial or technical transcription.

• Knowledge of transcription tools such as Express Scribe, InqScribe or Aegisub.

• Multilingual transcription experience.
