Job Description

Acquire new-to-bank high-end current accounts through lead generation and achieve monthly CASA targets.

Ensure adherence to bank policies and guidelines, including KYC and AML compliance.

Facilitate smooth onboarding of customers and successful account activation.

Monitor account activity: ensure customers maintain required balances and initiate transactions within M1 & Q1. Achieve 80% AQB maintenance, 75% internet banking adoption, and 50% DSB penetration.

Generate leads through various channels and coordinate with Branch Managers and product teams (trade, FX, CMS/DSB) to provide appropriate business solutions.

Cross-sell banking products including insurance, credit cards, corporate salary accounts, and other offerings.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
