Job Description: Area Sales Manager - Unsecured Salaried Loans (DSA Channel)

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth for Unsecured Salaried Loan products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel by achieving assigned sales targets and portfolio objectives.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/Executives to ensure consistent productivity, lead conversion, and business performance.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs while identifying and onboarding new DSAs to expand market reach and business volumes.

• Monitor sales pipeline, lead quality, disbursements, and productivity metrics, ensuring adherence to business, credit, and compliance guidelines.

• Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer engagement initiatives to identify business opportunities and improve market penetration across Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

Experience: 5+ years in Unsecured Lending, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Retail Asset Sales with strong exposure to DSA channel management and team handling.
