Territory Sales Manager - Orthopaedics

Location:
Bangalore, India

Job Responsibilities:
. Drive territory sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
. Promote orthopaedic implants and surgical solutions across assigned hospitals
. Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and purchase teams
. Provide hands-on OT support during surgical procedures
. Identify and develop new hospital accounts within the territory
. Conduct territory mapping and planned customer visits
. Monitor competitor activity and implement market expansion strategies
. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and inventory management
. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports

Criteria:
. 2-6 years of experience in Orthopaedics / Implants / Bone & Joint / Spine / Arthroscopy sales
. Strong network with orthopaedic surgeons in the assigned geography
. Mandatory experience in OT case handling
. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
. Willingness to travel within the territory
