Job Description

We are seeking an ASM / Manager Sales - SPA to oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals for SPA equipment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and giving presentations and demonstrations to clients. This role requires a professional with experience in sales or business development, an understanding of SPA operations, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads for SPA equipment through various channels, including cold calling and visiting clients.
  • Product Presentation: Give presentations to clients and conduct demonstrations to showcase product features.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports for SPA equipment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the spa's client base (B2B and B2C).
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Operational Knowledge: Assist in planning and setting up new spa locations, providing input on equipment selection (e.g., massage tables, saunas, steam rooms).

Skills Required

  • A good understanding of brand management, market research, sales, and network management.
  • Experience in business development and sales, ideally in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to give effective presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Experience in spa setup is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
