Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ASM (Application Support and Maintenance) Engineer position located in Bengaluru North. The ASM Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues, managing upgrades, performing routine system checks, and maintaining software systems to ensure high performance and reliability. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and implementing solutions to continually optimize processes and minimize system downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills in managing software systems and applications.
• Experience with application upgrades, software maintenance, and routine system checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams for support, communication, and optimization of systems.
• Proven ability to document processes, analyze system performance, and provide insights for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and certifications such as ITIL v4 or any relevant IT service management certification will be beneficial.
