Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales / Area Sales Manager

Reporting To: Business Head

Location: Vasai – Mumbai

Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home; branch visit as and when required

CTC: 8 to –12 LPA

Candidate Location: Mumbai-based candidates only

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication

Experience:

• 3–8 years of relevant sales experience

Preferred Industry / Background:

• Structural Cable
• Optical Fibre / Optical Fibre Cable
• IT & Telecom
• Passive Components
• Internet / Cable / Wire industry
• Candidates with experience in structural cabling and passive components will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of structural cables, optical fibre products and related passive components.
• Develop and manage business with existing and new customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, system integrators, contractors and telecom/IT customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings as required.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Business Head.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A Mumbai-based sales professional with 3–8 years of experience in IT/Telecom, structural cabling, optical fibre, cables/wires or passive components, preferably with a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication.
