Role: Area Sales Manager | NoBroker

About the Role:
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will play a crucial role in bridging demand and supply in the real
estate market. You will guide, consult, and support potential homebuyers throughout their purchase
journey, helping them find the right property while maximizing sales for NoBroker.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available
properties and convert them into buyers.
Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property
options, and encourage on-site visits.
Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business.
Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.
Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Good local market knowledge.
Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.
Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
