### Job Description

**Zensar Technologies Limited** is looking for a proactive **AS400 Production Support** professional to provide production support for its **Warehouse Management System (WMS)**.

The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing **AS400-based applications**, ensuring high availability and performance of critical logistics processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents promptly.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide production support for AS400-based WMS applications.

* Monitor application performance and ensure high availability.

* Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.

* Analyze application issues and identify root causes.

* Maintain and enhance existing AS400 applications.

* Support critical warehouse and logistics processes.

* Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.

* Collaborate with development, infrastructure, business, and other cross-functional teams.

* Perform impact analysis and support production deployments.

* Ensure application stability and continuous improvement.

### Required Skills

* 6+ years of experience in **AS400 Production Support**.

* Strong experience in AS400/iSeries environments.

* Experience supporting business-critical applications.

* Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.

* Experience with **WMS / Warehouse Management Systems** is preferred.

* Good understanding of production support processes.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
