Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and test AS/400 programs/modules using CL/400, RPG/400, and SQL/400
Work on support items and issues received from the customer
Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution, clarifications, and process-related activities
Collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders to address questions and ensure smooth operations
Plan and track project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures for efficiency
Create development procedures and assist in establishing new processes
Exercise discretion and independent judgment on technical matters
Ensure alignment with business goals while supporting ongoing operational needs
