Job Requirements*
- Own end‑to‑end technical responsibility for AS400 applications, including country‑specific core banking, lending, deposits, payments, and regulatory systems.
- Ensure stability and performance of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, and DB2/400–based applications supporting critical banking operation
- Stakeholder Management, Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Proven experience in core banking or retail/corporate banking systems, preferably within Standard Chartered or similar global banks.
- Strong exposure to multi‑country banking applications, regulatory reporting, and audit‑driven environments.
- Experience working in on‑shore/off‑shore delivery models for BFSI clients.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience with IBM i / AS400 platform.
- Expert knowledge of RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL, DB2/400.
- Strong understanding of batch processing, online programs, file handling, and interface integrations..
- Understanding of AGILE development techniques.
- Understanding of Core banking and Payments.
