Job Responsibilities

As an Arts and Design Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding students in their creative journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing engaging arts and design curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the school's vision.

- Facilitating hands-on learning experiences in various art forms, including visual arts, design, and multimedia.

- Encouraging student expression and creativity through individual and group projects.

- Organizing exhibitions, workshops, and events to showcase student work and foster community engagement.

- Collaborating with other educators to integrate arts into interdisciplinary projects and enhance overall learning.

- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development.

- Staying current with trends in arts education and incorporating innovative techniques into the classroom.

- Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages all students to participate.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Art Education, or a related field.

- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience in arts education.

- Strong understanding of various art forms, techniques, and tools.

- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting teaching methods to meet varying needs.

- Proficiency in digital design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
