Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Artist Management Specialist who will play a critical role in managing artist and celebrity-related operations on the HitFame platform. This role requires hands-on experience in artist management, strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of how the media and entertainment industry operates.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling artist-related queries received on the HitFame platform, onboarding artists and celebrities, building long-term relationships, and acting as a key liaison between artists, brands, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesArtist & Celebrity Onboarding
- Handle incoming artist and celebrity-related queries received through the HitFame platform
- Identify, approach, and onboard artists, celebrities, and high-profile creators onto HitFame
- Explain HitFame's value proposition, premium features, and collaboration opportunities to artists and their teams
- Coordinate documentation, profile setup, and onboarding processes
Artist Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with artists, celebrities, talent managers, and representatives
- Act as a primary point of contact for artists onboarded on the platform
- Ensure artist satisfaction, engagement, and retention on HitFame
- Address concerns, requirements, and expectations professionally
Industry Networking & Talent Acquisition
- Leverage industry connections to bring reputed artists and celebrities onto the platform
- Continuously expand the artist and celebrity network across film, music, OTT, digital, and influencer spaces
- Stay updated with industry trends, talent movements, and emerging creators
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations
- Support brand collaborations, artist bookings, and campaign execution where required
- Ensure smooth communication between artists, brands, and internal stakeholders
Platform Growth & Quality Control
- Maintain quality standards for artist profiles and listings on HitFame
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve platform offerings
- Support revenue initiatives related to artist onboarding, premium visibility, and collaborations
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of artist interactions, onboardings, and engagement
- Share regular updates and reports with leadership on artist acquisition and platform growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in artist management, talent management, or celebrity handling
- Strong understanding of the media, entertainment, and creator ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with artists, celebrities, managers, and agencies
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
Preferred / Plus Qualifications
- Existing network of artists, celebrities, talent managers, or agencies
- Experience working with digital creators, influencers, or OTT talent
- Exposure to brand collaborations, endorsements, or artist bookings
- Familiarity with creator platforms or digital talent marketplaces
