The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging AI Trainer to deliver virtual training to professionals, business leaders, and everyday users across the globe.
The role will initially be freelance, with an opportunity to develop into a more permanent, full-time role as the programme grows.
In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful training aligned with E-Careers standards, covering the practical application of AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows through AI-powered automation, conduct data analysis and decision-making, create AI-driven visualisations, and promote secure digital practices and AI awareness. You will also support leadership development in AI-enabled environments and drive adoption of automation across the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual as well as onsite physical training sessions across foundational, intermediate, and advanced topics related to the use of AI in the workplace.
- Provide expert demonstrations of various AI tools commonly used in small businesses, mid-sized companies, and corporate environments.
- Guide learners through hands-on exercises, interactive labs, and real-world projects to reinforce practical application.
- Share real-world insights and showcase practical use cases for AI integration across various business functions.
- Ensure all training content aligns with E-Careers standard curriculum KSBs (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours) and learning objectives.
- Mentor and support learners throughout their training journey, offering personalised guidance and encouragement.
- Monitor learner engagement, address queries promptly, and adapt delivery to suit different learning preferences and needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to update and enhance course content, integrating emerging AI tools and industry trends.
- Candidate must be ready to learn and adapt new AI tools and technologies as required by the client.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience delivering virtual training sessions in corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and all leading AI tools in the market.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly engage and communicate with a Global audience.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, compliance (e.g. GDPR), cybersecurity, and ethical AI usage.
- A professional home training setup, including a high-quality webcam, microphone, lighting, and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to coach and support learners in using AI tools across key business functions, including communication, data handling, reporting, and workflow optimisation.
- Relevant background in digital transformation, learning and development, IT support, or business analysis.
- Experience in AI Transformation consultation will be added advantage.
