Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist / Sr. Specialist to join a dynamic AI-focused team dedicated to designing and implementing AI/ML-based solutions across core business processes. The role involves working with structured and unstructured data, developing scalable AI models, and deploying them in production environments to drive digital transformation and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven insights and deploy solutions on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions by integrating data from diverse business systems.

Collaborate with business, engineering, and deployment teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Build, test, and optimize ML/DL/NLP models using Python and modern frameworks.

Enable on-cloud deployment and standardize AI/ML pipelines leveraging MLOps practices.

Monitor solution performance, propose enhancements, and support team members in solution design.

Requirements

PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields.

510 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or Data Science roles (57 years for Specialist, 810 years for Sr. Specialist).

Strong expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AutoML), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Experience with MLOps, data engineering tools (Spark), and cloud deployment strategies.

Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
