Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Model Development & Deployment
• Build and deploy Generative AI models using techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Fine-Tuning
• Develop advanced AI/ML algorithms for large-scale historical data analysis, prediction, and recommendation
• Implement and optimize deep learning models for generative tasks like image synthesis and voice generation
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems
• Algorithm Evaluation & Data Handling
• Assess the feasibility and success potential of various AI/ML approaches for specific business problems
• Perform data exploration, visualization, and discrepancy analysis across structured and unstructured datasets
• Engineer features and build scalable statistical and ML models for production environments
• Cloud & Deployment Architecture
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure, GCP) to train and deploy ML solutions at scale
• Manage workflows under a ModelOps framework with support for versioning, validation, and performance tracking
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for model delivery and automation of deployment workflows
• Project Ownership & Team Collaboration
• Work closely with data engineers to build and maintain data and model pipelines
• Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliverables
• Operate effectively within Agile environments, using JIRA or similar tracking tools

Core Competencies & Skills

• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks, LLM libraries, and data structures
• Strong software architecture knowledge and experience with TensorFlow, Keras, and other deep learning tools
• Hands-on expertise in Python and ML libraries including scikit-learn and pandas
• Experience with natural language processing, text analytics, clustering, regression, and classification models
• Proficient in distributed ML systems, recommendation engines, and data pipelines
• Capable of evaluating and selecting hardware for deployment based on latency and throughput requirements
• Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
