Job Description
As an AI Intern (AI Agent Developer Intern), you`ll work at the cutting edge of AI automation and agent orchestration. This isn`t a research role—you`ll be building production-grade AI agents that solve real-world problems across domains like operations, education, sales, and personal productivity. You`ll work closely with our leadership team to prototype, iterate, and ship fast, owning your work from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Agents using LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen (A2A), ADK and similar other platforms
- Build and orchestrate agent workflows using tools like n8n, Airflow, or LangGraph DAGs
- Integrate APIs, databases, vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate), and tools like OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, HuggingFace, etc.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code in Python (TypeScript is a plus)
- Rapidly prototype agentic workflows, test edge-cases, and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with design and product teams to shape user-centric workflows
- Ship minimal, usable versions and continuously improve them based on usage analytics
- Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Requirements
- Strong hands-on coding skills, especially in Python
- Previous experience building with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- Familiar with agent orchestration, tool chaining, multi-agent systems
- Quick learner, adaptable to new frameworks and libraries
- Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy—able to take vague ideas to shipped features
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering, LLM APIs, and memory management
- Exposure to n8n, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar stacks
- Familiarity with version control (Git), basic CI,CD, and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, etc.)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with frontend frameworks (Next.js, React) for building simple UIs
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and document loaders
- Experience with Browser-based agents (e.g., Puppeteer, Selenium, or BrowserEnv)
- Familiarity with voice agents (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs) or mobile-first AI apps
- Interest or experience in shipping internal tools or SaaS prototypes
