Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled AI Intern to support the development of an intelligent module for Mantra Care's mental health platform. The intern will play a vital role in creating an AI-driven solution aimed at assisting users with mental health inquiries directly on our website.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the technical team to comprehend the vision and technical specifications of the AI feature for the platform.
Investigate different AI technologies and strategies suitable for implementing an engaging conversational system.
Architect and build the AI module using advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to effectively interpret and answer user inputs.
Ensure smooth integration of the AI component into the Mantra Care platform while maintaining performance and responsiveness.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to eliminate bugs and enhance functionality.
Cooperate with the product development team to gather insights and refine the AI model based on real-world usage and feedback.
Maintain detailed records of the development workflow, including methodologies, code structure, and system design documentation.
Candidate Profile:
Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and familiar with the MERN stack.
Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals with hands-on experience in building machine learning or AI applications.
Experience working with NLP tools/libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, or NLTK.
Self-driven and capable of both independent and collaborative work in a dynamic, remote-first setting.
Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
A genuine interest in mental health and a desire to contribute toward impactful digital health solutions.
