Job Title: AI Engineer – MLOps / AIOps (Azure)

Job Description:

A leading global advisory firm (Big 10) is expanding its AI and digital transformation practice and is hiring an AI Engineer – MLOps / AIOps (Azure) in Bangalore / Mumbai (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office).

This is a production-focused MLOps role. You will deploy, monitor, and operate enterprise-scale machine learning systems on Microsoft Azure — not build models from scratch. If you live in CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle management, and keeping ML systems reliable in production, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

• Deploy, monitor, and manage AI/ML models on Azure cloud
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for CI/CD and full model lifecycle management
• Ensure model performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring and telemetry
• Manage model versioning, upgrades, and release processes
• Optimize AI systems for performance and cost efficiency
• Implement governance, security, and audit controls for AI deployments
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and cloud engineering teams

What you'll need

• 3–8 years in MLOps / AIOps / ML Engineering
• Hands-on Azure ML, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, App Services, Cosmos DB
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, observability
• Proficiency in Python and data workflows

Good to have

• GenAI / LLM workflows / prompt engineering
• Model evaluation, A/B testing, performance tuning
• Model observability and incident management
