Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring for roles focused on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Systems Development. The candidates will be responsible for implementing scalable RAG systems, working with large-scale data workflows, and leveraging LLM APIs for parallel processing in distributed environments.

Relevant Experience Desired:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in relevant domains
• Associate Consultant (AC): 4 to 6 years
• Hands-on experience in RAG systems development
• Strong proficiency in Python / PySpark
• Experience in distributed computing environments
• Expertise in large-scale LLM API parallelization
• Prior experience in handling and optimizing large-scale data workflows is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RAG-based solutions for enterprise use cases
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python/PySpark
• Work on distributed systems for scalable data processing
• Implement and manage large-scale LLM API parallelization
• Optimize performance of data workflows and ensure scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
• Stay updated with advancements in GenAI and LLM technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially LLMs and RAG frameworks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
