Senior Python AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI Platform

Location: Remote / Ahmedabad / Hybrid

Experience: 6 Years

We are looking for a Senior Python AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building AI-powered platforms such as Chatbots, Voicebots, WhatsApp Automation, and Agentic AI systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, LLM frameworks, AI orchestration, and scalable backend development.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, chatbots, and voice automation systems
• Develop scalable backend APIs using Python & FastAPI
• Work with LLM frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
• Build RAG pipelines, AI workflows, and multi-agent systems
• Integrate GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source LLMs
• Work on WhatsApp APIs, telephony, SIP, and WebRTC integrations
• Build cloud-native AI systems using AWS/Azure
• Optimize AI system performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills

• Strong Python development experience
• FastAPI and microservices architecture
• LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AI agents
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI
• Vector databases and semantic search
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• AWS or Azure cloud experience
• Experience building chatbots or voicebots

Good to Have

• Twilio, SIP, WebRTC
• AI observability tools like Langfuse
• MLOps and distributed systems
• WhatsApp Business API integrations
