Role: Full-Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to help build and improve an enterprise knowledge platform focused on AI-powered search and retrieval. This role combines AI/LLM engineering with full-stack product development, with a strong focus on retrieval architecture, knowledge graphs, and scalable ingestion pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with RAG-based systems, modern AI retrieval techniques, and enterprise knowledge platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered AskAda knowledge and search platforms end to end
• Develop and improve ingestion, retrieval, and personalization workflows
• Help evolve the platform from traditional RAG approaches toward GraphRAG and knowledge graph-enhanced retrieval
• Support frontend experiences and user workflows for AI-powered applications
• Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data sources
• Improve platform scalability, usability, and release velocity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, implementation, and delivery

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python and AI/LLM application development
• Experience with:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Hybrid search and retrieval systems
• Vector databases
• Knowledge graph concepts
• Experience with Neo4j or graph-based data modeling
• Experience building ingestion and retrieval pipelines
• 3x, 5x engineers with experience handling tera bytes of data
• Experience integrating enterprise or multi-source content platforms
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• React or frontend development experience
• Experience with GraphRAG architectures
• Experience with Nvidia NeMo
• Experience with Astra or other vector databases
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Drupal, or enterprise content systems
• Experience with AI-powered search or recommendation systems
