Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Tongue Tinglers is a tech-driven food franchise brand building scalable Cloud Kitchens and QSR kiosks across India. We operate on a custom-built ERP and CRM and actively use technology to drive speed, efficiency, and growth.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer who can take ownership of building and scaling AI-driven systems across the organization. This role goes beyond model developmentyou will identify high-impact business problems, design practical AI solutions, and ship custom AI-powered mini applications that directly improve execution, efficiency, and decision-making.

You will work hands-on with our custom-built ERP and CRM platforms, embedding intelligence into core workflows across operations, supply chain, sales, and management. In this fast-moving startup environment, you'll collaborate closely with leadership, move quickly from idea to deployment, and leverage the latest AI technologies to deliver measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero to one, working close to the business, and using AI as a real operational enabler, not just a research tool.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across the business

Build custom AI-powered mini apps integrated with internal ERP & CRM systems

Automate and optimize workflows across operations, supply chain, sales, and support

Implement solutions using machine learning, NLP, pattern recognition, and neural networks

Rapidly evaluate and adopt latest AI tools and technologies for fast execution

Work cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable AI systems

What We're Looking For

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development

Proven experience with AI/ML systems, NLP, and neural networks

Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Ability to think business-first while making sound technical decisions

Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a strong plus
