Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

Align AI initiatives with organizational goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Accountable for the development of custom AI models

Utilize open source Machine Learning and AI libraries for architecting and developing advanced

AI models.

Manage data analytics and machine learning for monitoring, diagnosis, and predictive

maintenance in the edtech industry.

Design, develop, and research Machine Learning systems and models, ensuring high

performance and reliability.

Lead the selection of appropriate data sets, perform statistical analysis, and identify patterns in

data distribution impacting real-world model performance.

Verify and ensure data quality through effective data cleaning processes.

Play a pivotal role in enriching existing ML frameworks and libraries, staying abreast of industry

trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

5+ years of hands-on development experience in building custom data models for AI and

ML-based products in a tech startup environment.

3+ years of experience in Python, NLP, and FastAPI.

Proven expertise in GPT (Gen AI) with at least 1+ year of experience in TTS (Text-to-Speech /

Text-to-video)

Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, guiding teams

to successful project outcomes.

Familiarity with Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
