Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing, with expertise in implementing AI solutions on the Azure platform. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications to drive business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on the Azure platform using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Databricks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define AI use cases
- Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, etc.
- Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and deployment
- Evaluate and improve model performance using appropriate metrics
- Stay updated with the latest Azure AI tools and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Work on Agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and decision-making AI systems
- Develop and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for conversational and enterprise automation use cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (Azure-focused preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Databricks)
- Experience with Agentic AI concepts and architectures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI copilots development
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services (Data Lake, SQL Database, Storage)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MLOps and deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs
- Azure certifications (AI Engineer Associate, etc.)
- Exposure to data governance and security practices
