Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We have two openings for this position at the Manager and Director levels.

Role Overview:

Lead AI strategy and transformation by bridging enterprise architecture with hands-on AI engineering. Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI platforms, scale AI from pilots to enterprise-wide adoption, and advise C-level stakeholders on AI investments while contributing to thought leadership and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Strategy & Translate Value: Translate complex business problems into granular, AI-enabled solution designs. Advise clients on data and AI maturity, shaping transformation roadmaps.
• Granular Solution Design: Bridge the gap between architecture and engineering by creating detailed solution designs for AI platforms. Think through value options, tool integration strategies, and implementation trade-offs for engineering teams.
• Architect Hyperscale AI: Design resilient, agent-based systems and end-to-end AI pipelines. Define agent scopes, interactions, segmentation, and guardrails (data access, output validation, compliance) tailored for horizontal scaling and performance optimization.
• Drive Industrialization & MLOps: Move clients from PoC to production-grade AI systems. Establish MLOps practices, define operating models, and design reusable assets like feature stores and model libraries.
• Lead Client Engagements: Work in cross-functional teams, managing engagements and client relationships while seamlessly communicating complex technical concepts bridging the business and IT divide.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Master's in CS/Engineering with 5–12+ years in AI/ML, data platforms, or solution architecture; consulting preferred.
• AI/GenAI: Expertise in enterprise GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG architecture.
• Cloud & Data: Strong knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Engineering: Proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Architecture: Strong expertise in scalable, resilient, and high-performance system design.
