AI Agentic Developer
Location: Bangalore, Electronics City | Full-Time | 5 Days Work From Office (Immediate joiners preferred)
About the Role
We are hiring four AI Agentic Developers to join our growing Bangalore team, contributing to a strategic AI automation engagement with a global technology client. Working within a structured sprint model, you will build and test intelligent agent workflows under the guidance of our senior developers and USA-based Agentic Lead.
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Electronics City, Bangalore location — 5 days a week. This is a great opportunity for developers looking to grow rapidly in the AI and agentic systems space, working on real-world, production-grade workflows.
What You'll Do
Develop and test agentic workflow components as assigned within each sprint
Work closely with senior developers to understand requirements and deliver to spec
Participate in daily standups and weekly sprint reviews with the onsite lead
Write clean, well-documented code and support knowledge transfer to the wider team
Proactively flag blockers and communicate progress through async channels
Continuously learn and apply new tools and frameworks as the engagement evolves
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based development
Familiarity with agentic concepts — tool use, prompt chaining, agent orchestration
Hands-on experience with Python and API integrations
Exposure to LLM frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar — even in personal or project settings
Eagerness to learn and ability to ramp up quickly on new tools and client environments
Good communication skills and comfort working in a structured, sprint-based delivery model
Nice to Have
Telecom or network engineering domain exposure
Experience with workflow automation tools or RPA platforms
Familiarity with Claude or Anthropic's developer ecosystem
