• Role Title: Generative AI / Gen AI Engineer
• Exp- 5+ years

Summary: Design, build, and deploy production-ready applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), connecting core foundational models to enterprise systems and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Integration: Connect commercial and open-source models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) via APIs into existing software products.
• RAG Systems: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases for accurate, context-aware enterprise search.
• Fine-Tuning: Customize foundational models on proprietary datasets using parameter-efficient methods like LoRA or PEFT.
• Agentic Workflows: Develop multi-step autonomous agent workflows and chains using orchestration frameworks.
• Deployment & MLOps: Monitor, scale, and secure AI pipelines in cloud production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and asynchronous API development.
• Gen AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.
• Vector Databases: Knowledge of storage solutions like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
• Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought) and embedding models.
