Location: Remote but local to Bangalore

Duration: 12 months with extensions (long-term)

Hours: IST with some US meeting crossover

-API Software Engineer background with Python

-Gen AI project exposure

-Cloud - they use Azure but any cloud is fine.

A customer is looking for seasoned AI engineers – one with a software focus and one with a data focus. They will be developing a platform using fast APIs, Python and Langraph and integrating with cloud technologies.

1.Data Engineering & Management

• Data Wrangling: Proficiency in cleaning, transforming, and merging large, diverse datasets (CSV, SQL, APIs, Excel, etc.).

• Databricks Experience: Hands-on experience with Databricks notebooks, clusters, and workflow orchestration.

• ETL Pipelines

2. Analytics & Forecasting

• Statistical Analysis: knowledge of statistics, time series analysis, and forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, etc.).

• Machine Learning: Experience building, training, and validating predictive models.

• GenAI Integration: Familiarity with generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows for automating analytics tasks.

3. Programming & Automation

• Python Proficiency

• API Utilization

• Databricks

4. Collaboration & Version Control

• Git & GitHub: knowledge of Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code review) and experience collaborating on shared codebases.

5. Visualization & Communication

• Data Visualization: Ability to create dashboards and visualizations (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Databricks visualization tools).

• Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations.
