Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, based in New Delhi and Gurugram. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and software applications. You will engage in tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), creating intelligent systems, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions within existing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier AI, Copilot, or custom APIs) across business processes.
  • Implement AI-based solutions to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance team productivity.
  • Research and pilot emerging AI technologies relevant to CRM, marketing, and operations.
  • Drive a culture of innovation by educating and enabling teams to adopt AI effectively.

Product Management

  • Oversee product lifecycle from concept and design to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to define requirements and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Analyze user feedback, data insights, and market trends to guide feature development and prioritization.

Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and redesign internal workflows especially around student journey, CRM utilization, and backend operations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, BRDs, and user stories.
  • Collaborate on UI/UX enhancements through tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
  • Leverage tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Notion to manage projects and ensure on-time delivery.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) for smooth project execution.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of AI tools and product features.
  • Maintain SOPs, documentation, and user guides to standardize operations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in AI tool integration, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflow design, and product management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI automation platforms (e.g., Zapier AI, Make, ChatGPT API, Google AI Studio, etc.).
  • Data analysis proficiency using Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Product Management, or related fields preferred.
